Rotating Building in Dubai

An Italian architect named Dr. David Fisher will build a moving building in Dubai that will offer occupants a 360 degree view and a constantly changing skyline. The building is equipped with turbines in each floor, so it generates its own electricity. Watch the video after the jump.

However, in an article I read in Yahoo, critics are skeptic about this idea of Fisher that they threw him a lot of questions and they even argued about his credentials. But he insisted that the factory production is set to start within weeks and that the tower, which will contain office space, a luxury hotel and apartments, will be complete by 2010.
